About the role
We will be delivering a Cost of Living Support Service to Reading residents and are looking for a trainer to join our team to help set up and oversee the training for this new service.
This role is responsible for working with partner organisations to provide initial training to Advice First Aiders (AFAs). The role will also be responsible for liaising with the Volunteer Coordinator at the Alliance for Cohesion & Racial Equality (ACRE) and other partner organisations to support the ongoing training and development of AFAs and will oversee the delivery of digital and financial workshops in the community. You will also provide training to the Cost of Living Service Delivery Team made up of both volunteer and paid advisers and caseworkers.
