About the role
Are you passionate about helping others take control of their finances? Do you enjoy learning new skills and developing expertise while making a real difference in people’s lives?
We’re looking for proactive and compassionate individuals to join our team as Trainee Money Advice Caseworkers. In this vital role, you’ll undertake accredited training to deliver money and debt advice through casework, phone and email and liaise with third parties on behalf of clients. The roles are based at your choice of the following North Yorkshire offices: Malton (with travel to Scarborough when required), Scarborough (with travel to Malton when required), Richmond, Selby or Northallerton. Hybrid working is also available, with up to two days per week working from home.
