Advice Session Supervisor

Citizens Advice Croydon is a well established local charity serving the London Borough of Croydon. We make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people coming to us for help and support. We are proud of the high quality advice we provide and we are looking for someone who will be committed to delivering excellent customer service and working to the highest standards.

We are looking to appoint an Advice Session Supervisor to join our small, friendly team. This opportunity will suit someone who already has supervision experience within an advice setting but will also be a great opportunity for experienced generalist advisers or caseworkers who are looking to take the first step into a supervisory role.

The role will suit someone who enjoys a varied working day, has excellent knowledge across a broad range of enquiry areas and is calm under the pressure of a fast paced working environment.

Some experience of training, mentoring or coaching colleagues is an advantage.
