About the role

● Complete debt assessments with clients accessing or referred into, the service

● Book appointments and send appointment reminders to clients

● Add notes to client databases

● Undertake end of client interview administrative activities, including completing and sending case summary documents to clients

● Emailing/posting budgets, financial statements, information sheets and correspondence

● Completing Trust Fund and other grant applications, where required

● Completing Housing Payment applications with clients if required

● Monitor the action log to ensure that outstanding actions are completed

● Respond to client contacts by email or WhatsApp, ensuring that any documentation received is added to the casenote and that the adviser is notified of such

● Receive post in, ensuring it is scanned and added to case records and that advisers are notified accordingly

● Support service development by gathering client feedback, reporting instances of dissatisfaction and maintain feedback and service monitoring databases

● Undertake general administration and receptionist duties, as required to support the team and cover for staff absences

● Ensure that all monitoring information is collated and reported on, as directed
