Am y rôl

Citizens Advice Solent East is looking for a compassionate and motivated Generalist Adviser - Benefits to help people access the financial support they are entitled to and improve their wellbeing.

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, impartial and confidential welfare benefits advice, helping clients maximise their income, navigate benefit claims, challenge decisions, and access wider support services. You will work with people facing a range of challenges, empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve positive outcomes.

If you are passionate about helping people overcome financial challenges and want to make a real difference in your local community, we would love to hear from you.

Join us and help change lives for the better.
