Citizens Advice Westminster works to make a real difference to the lives of people in Westminster. We deliver a high quality, agile advice service that reflects community issues and needs, and our service always puts people first.

Do you share the same passion as us that no one should be left disadvantaged due to lack of knowledge about one’s rights and responsibilities?

As a Volunteer Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our volunteering programme. You will help recruit, induct, support and develop volunteers across the organisation, ensuring they have a positive, meaningful and well structured experience. You will work closely with staff, partners and community organisations to ensure volunteers are confident, valued and able to contribute effectively to our service.

You will need to be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people, including those who may be vulnerable or new to volunteering. You will be organised, proactive and committed to delivering a high quality volunteering experience. The role involves hybrid working, with a mix of office, outreach and remote work.

We offer a competitive salary alongside a range of benefits, including generous annual leave that increases with length of service, paid sick leave, a pension scheme, annual season ticket loans, career breaks, and ongoing opportunities for professional development and progression within the organisation. You will join a warm and friendly work culture where staff and volunteers are valued, and we also offer a flexible working environment where you can work from home on some days.

Citizens Advice Westminster values diversity, promotes equality, and challenges discrimination. We strongly encourage applications from all parts of society and believe that diversity strengthens our organisation.

If you are ready to join a community organisation providing a vital service to people who need our help, please click apply and complete the application process.

Application deadline: 4th November 2026. We reserve the right to close this recruitment early if we receive a high volume of strong applications.
