Are you passionate about empowering women to enable them to regain control of their finances and move forward with confidence and dignity?
If so, Citizens Advice Darlington, Redcar and Cleveland is recruiting for a hugely impactful role that could be your perfect next step.
We’re looking for a Financial Inclusion Specialist to launch and develop an innovative and exciting new service focusing on tackling poverty and supporting families to achieve their aspirations.
This is not just a job, it’s an opportunity to be a vital part of someone’s journey and to build trusted relationships in the local community.
As an experienced caseworker, you’ll be based in Tees Valley Women’s Centre in South Bank, providing weekly drop-in sessions, workshops and appointments to help clients build long-term financial resilience. You’ll assess each client’s situation with care and insight, identifying the best strategies and options to help them move forward. Just as importantly, you’ll provide practical budgeting support and income maximisation advice.
