Trainer and Supervisor

We believe that fantastic training and support is the cornerstone of a great advice service. If you are passionate about advice and someone that can enthuse and equip others on their journey to become successful advisers we’d love to hear from you. This is a varied role with involvement across all aspects of advisers training and development. The postholder will also deliver some advice and supervision in order to keep their own skills and knowledge up to date.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced adviser and trainer with excellent communication and IT skills, a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy and fast paced environment.
