Generalist Supervisor

Citizens Advice Solent East is looking for a motivated, supportive, and organised Generalist Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high‑quality advice services and supporting a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers to reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Generalist Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of our advice service. Reporting to the Advice Service Manager, you will oversee the performance of our generalist advisers, ensuring that clients receive accurate, high‑quality advice and that our service meets Citizens Advice standards and contractual requirements.

You will provide guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to advisers, while also managing the practical aspects of advice sessions. Working alongside our Assistant Supervisors, you will help maintain a positive, supportive, and high‑performing team environment.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong working relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders, contributing to the ongoing development of our service.
