Family Money Management Adviser (Family MMA)

Do you have experience in welfare benefits, debt, housing advice or money management? Are you passionate about helping families overcome financial hardship and build lasting resilience?

Join our dedicated team and make a real difference by:

• Supporting families to maximise their income and manage their finances

• Providing practical advice on benefits, budgeting and debt

• Working alongside schools, Family Hubs and community organisations

• Helping prevent financial crisis before it happens

We're looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate and non-judgemental

• An excellent communicator

• Organised and able to manage a varied caseload

• Committed to empowering families

• A driver with access to a vehicle

You'll bring:

• Experience in advice work (benefits, debt or housing)

• A commitment to supporting vulnerable families

• Strong partnership and people skills

• A passion for making a positive impact
