About the role
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team at Citizens Advice Service in Three Rivers as an Advice Session Supervisor. In this role you will work alongside paid and volunteer advisers and support them as they provide advice to clients, including advice about welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, immigration, discrimination and other enquiry areas.
You will manage and supervise advice sessions, to include face to face drop in and appointment services, and supervise advice given by email, web chat and telephone. You will ensure quality standards are maintained and enhanced. Our ideal candidate will share our goal of ensuring our services are client focused and effective and will also have the experience and the ability to provide strong support and supervision to our advisers.
Although experience of working and supervising in an advice setting is desirable, we will consider a trainee role for the right candidate. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, busy and friendly environment and share our passion for supporting our local community, then we would love to hear from you.
